We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef for a prestigious 4* golf hotel based in Peebles. This is a permanent position and offers temporary live-in accommodation. The successful candidate will have the chance to showcase their culinary skills in a beautiful resort setting, working alongside a passionate and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
  • Ensure the highest quality of food production and presentation

Profile of Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable resort or hotel
