The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, ambitious and with experience of working in a high-quality kitchen environment in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Demonstrable experience working as Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
- Responsible for leadership a brigade and supporting the Head Chef in the day to day operation of the kitchen
- Supporting the Head Chef in menu planning and dish development
- Set achievable tasks for junior members of the team which are measurable
- To lead by example
