This is a key role for an experienced sales professional looking to drive success across corporate, weddings, events, and leisure markets, whilst fostering strong client relationships and maximising revenue.

- Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Maximise lead generation from both new and existing business across all channels within the property and region.
- Conversion & Cross-Selling: Work closely with colleagues to ensure high conversion rates, utilising cross-selling and referral opportunities when applicable.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities, enhancing the hotel’s visibility both locally and regionally.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a detailed activity calendar and sales plans to drive growth in the business.
- Client Relations: Build strong working relationships with existing clients while actively engaging with new prospects. Organise and lead client trips and property show-arounds.
