The Regional General Manager will develop guest centred teams, consistently delivering above and beyond customer expectations whilst maintaining great working environments for their team members. The successful Regional General Manager will demonstrate proven commercial hotel management experience within a similar environment, be results driven and passionate about delivering service excellence. This role will give the Regional General Manager autonomy to drive the properties forward developing the people, product and profit whilst benefitting from being part of a larger and well established, luxury hotels and resorts group.
