We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Head Chef to join our client, an established hotel resort located in Aviemore, Inverness-shire.
In return for a very competitive salary and benefits package alongside excellent career development opportunities the Executive Head Chef will oversee the complete food and beverage offering for our client; a luxury 4 star resort in the picturesque Cairngorms. The property boasts 4 hotels, conference facilities for up to 1150, cinema, luxury shopping complex, leisure facilities and a varied number of F&B outlets. As Executive Head Chef, you will have minimum 2 rosette experience, be proactive and highly organised, demonstrate a passion for quality with proven ambition to drive standards to the next level. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the resort kitchens.
Successful Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale resort or hotel environment

Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop culinary teams

Strong business acumen in menu development, cost management, and revenue generation

Extensive knowledge of diverse culinary styles, techniques, and international cuisines

Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities
