The ideal candidate is an experienced and accomplished Executive Chef who combines creativity, passion and ambition with great leadership skills and demonstrable experience in a similar role with the ability to multitask delivering exceptional fine dining and banqueting experiences.
As Executive Chef you will be able to demonstrate successful culinary experience, you will have a creative & innovative flair for menu creation. An excellent business manager, you will be responsible for achieving the hotel food GP target; maintaining efficient manning to revenue targets & business needs; stock control; team training & development ensuring strict adherence to Company and legal health & safety compliance.
Your people skills will ensure that your Chefs and KPs are well trained and work as a team, with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
