Are you a talented chef with a flair for creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Head Banqueting Chef for our client, to lead the kitchen operations for weddings, conferences, meetings, and a variety of exciting events.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of the Conference & Banqueting kitchen, driving quality, consistency, and innovation. From crafting inspiring menus to maintaining high culinary standards, you’ll bring your expertise and leadership to every plate served.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar banqueting role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Creative menu development capabilities
  • Commercial awareness and financial understanding
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (5 days from 7)
